Choosing where you’d like to work can be a big decision. To help you understand what it’s like working at Grant Thornton, we’ve addressed some of the questions we usually get asked.

How do I apply for a role at Grant Thornton?

You can search our open positions from kariyer.net and linkedIn and apply directly online.

What is involved in your selection process?

After we make the short lists over CVs, we invite candidates for first interviews with HR. If this interview is made for a position which English is a prerequisite, this interview includes a section of interview in English as well. After the first interview with candidates, we decide for the short lists. Short listed candidates are invited for the second interview with partner/manager of the department. After the second interviews, we send our offers to the selected candidates.  

How many placements/graduate roles are there?

Unfortunately we don’t share this information and will depend on the current recruitment needs in each Department or Service Line. You can see all our current job openings here.

Can I apply for a role outside of Turkey?

Absolutely! You can apply for open positions in more than 140 countries in which we have member firms. Your eligibility will depend on what the role requires, as well as qualification and visa restrictions in the hiring countries.

Do I need to complete a qualification if I join the graduate program?

If you join the audit team you will be required to start and complete your chartered Accountants qualification.

How is Grant Thornton International structured?

How is Grant Thornton Turkey structured?

Grant Thornton Turkey is a member firm of Grant Thornton International Limited (GTIL), but at the same time is an independent entirely Turkish-owned organization.

Where does Grant Thornton Turkey have offices?

Our headquarter is in İstanbul, but we also have offices in Ankara and Bursa.

Once I join, can I work in another country?
