About

He graduated from the Faculty of Management of Izmir 9 Eylul University and the Management Economy Institute of Istanbul University. He is a Certified Public Accountant since 1999. He is accredited for independent audit of public companies and by the regulatory authorities such as the Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority, Capital Markets Authority, Energy Market Regulatory Authority and the Banking Regulation and Supervision Authority. Besides, he gives consultancy services primarily on tax legislation and value added tax, mergers, spinoffs, change of legal form of companies and general assembly meeting transactions under Turkish Commercial Code.
